​Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyors advise on contractual and financial matters for construction projects. Quantity Surveyors also support other functions regarding the financing and materials required on construction projects.

In general terms, a Quantity Surveyor is expected to manage overall costs/budgets on projects as well as developing cashflow forecasts, monthly valuations, CVR reports, accruals and more. Quantity Surveyors are generally responsible for procurement and management of sub-contract packages and payments.

Croatia

Croatia is located at the cross-roads of central and southeast Europe. In 2020 Croatia had a population of just over 4 million. In 2019 Croatia attracted just under 20 million visitors from around the globe, attracted by Croatia’s excellent climate, cultural cities, and incredible landscapes.

Croatia has a small number of energy projects underway that largely focus around renewable energy. At present there are 8 active energy projects with a further 6 seeking planning permission for development. Whilst there is a modest energy landscape in Croatia there is still opportunity for candidates looking to progress or start their career in energy.
