This is a multi-faceted role, incorporating duties as a Site Administrator, the Front of House for the site and PA support for the Plant Manager.
About the role:
- Be the first point of contact, welcoming visitors to the site, conducting basic security checks and contacting those who they have come to see.
- General Office Management and Administration duties.
- Provide PA support to the Plant Manager.
- Supporting with the administration of projects and initiatives.
- General Facilities management for site cleaner and office facilities requirements.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Senior Team and wider site as required
- Experience within a similar role .
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
