NRL are currently looking to recruit an Administrator to join the team of a client of ours at their flagship site in the UK’s rapidly growing renewable energy sector.

This is initially a three-month contract. However, this may extend.

About the role:

As an Administrator your role will be to support our client’s Procurement team during the outages.

Responsibilities will include the following:
  • Create purchase orders from requisitions entered on to the MRP (IFS) by internal customers
  • Send Purchase Order's out to Suppliers via IFS system
  • Expedite outstanding Purchase Orders.
  • Maintain supplier Insurance database.
  • Invoice query resolution.
  • Administration of Supplier Pre-Qualification process.
  • Administration of contracts register.
  • Contract administration support.
  • Cover for Stores Administrator during holiday periods.
  • Other ad hoc duties in support of the Procurement Team.
What you will need:
  • Experience using IFS / SAP desirable
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
