Nrl are currently recruiting for Class 2 Tanker Drivers in for one of our large clients based in Didcot on a permanent basis. The role requires drivers to deliver our products safely in accordance with legal requirements and our own safe working procedures throughout the UK. A full bespoke training package will be provided.

As the Cryo Liquid Tanker Driver, you will:
  • Adhere to all safety rules, processes, and procedures, as safety is a condition of employment.
  • Carry out pre & post vehicle checks in-line with DVSA guidelines, and Air Products standards, which may change from time-to-time
  • Be loading, unloading and all other activities associated with product management in-line with distribution working instructions and procedures available via ‘RTL Knowledgebase app’
  • Successfully complete all required internal and regulatory training
  • Maintain tachograph infringement level in-line with DVSA/Traffic commissioner expectations, and Air Products standards, whereby regular feedback, monitoring and coaching will be provided to ensure full compliance.
 
As the Cryo Liquid Tanker Driver, you are and already have:
  • LGV 2 license.
  • Proven tanker driving experience and minimum of three years consecutive driving experience operating the class of vehicle that will be operated at Air Products upon employment.
  • ADR Training Certificate 2,3,8 minimum (refreshed every 5 years).
  • Driver's CPC Qualification Card (DQC) and evidence of current Periodic Training Status
  • Proven track record of working within a safety-first environment.
  • Able to work under his/her own initiative with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of ability to drive in a professional manner to achieve best in class in performance efficiencies.
  • To reside within a reasonable distance from Didcot.
 
Drivers must be prepared to work a variety of shift and rota patterns, including night and weekend, working, as well as nights away in the cab and to transfer between these work patterns to meet the company's and customer's operational requirements.
