Purpose of the role:
- To supervise the configuration and due process activities within the Major Infrastructure Project teams
- Administer tools and systems used for Configuration Control, including SCaNDS+C, Vault / CDMS, Codes & Standards Database
- Ensure the suitable delivery of document packages through Due Process, liaising with authors, reviewers, approvers, IPR and Safety Committees to ensure compliance and resolve issues
- Support the following processes Configuration and Due Process records and associated tools: Design/Technical/Phase Review, all aspects of Due Process including Verification, Change Requests, Technical Queries, Concessions, Forward Action Plans and Management Action Plans
- Provide reports and support as required to Management, Improvement Groups, Management Boards and Committees
- Advise and inform the company on details of changes to configuration in accordance with company procedures
- Represent the Configuration and Due Process team during internal and external audits, providing support in the timely and cost effective resolution of audit actions
- Review processes and procedures to ensure compliance, recommend improvements as necessary
Qualifications and experience require:
- Docuemnt management experience in a regulated industry
- An understanding of relational database methodology, document control and asset management systems
