NRL are currently recruiting for a Data Analyst to support the development and maintenance of the LTC reporting framework, data structures and data coding in collaboration with the client PMO for reporting and systems requirements. This role will be an initial 6 month contract, based in London with hybrid working available.

 

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of the reporting and analysis processes, systems, tools and templates and deploy to all relevant programme team members including key partners, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Support the collaboration and interface with all disciplines, suppliers and main works contractors to set and monitor their delivery KPIs in line with their contract and deliverables.
  • Support integration of systems including cost, risk, schedule, change, by contract and project.
  • Support on innovative analyses techniques and tools to improve predictability of delivery performance.
  • Support the technical production of narrative reports, analytic dashboards and visual management tools as required to manage the programme and support all functions with their analyses.
  • Encourage innovation or innovative thinking, across the programme.
 

Requirements
  • Experience in and developing digital reporting products for multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient user of a range of reporting, scheduling and analytics software.
  • Understanding of project controls, contracts and data protection legislation.
  • Demonstrate examples of exercising sound judgement and facilitating decision-making on complex issues among multiple suppliers.
  • Ability to question or challenge various forms of data.
  • Expert Microsoft Office skills including Power BI, SharePoint and Excel.
  • Interest or aptitude in development of Power Apps.
  • Ability to finish tasks accurately and to tight deadlines, sometimes under high pressure.
  • An accomplished problem solver who focuses on the deliverables and can rise to meet any challenge.
  • Strong communication, teamwork and collaboration with others
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills using leading edge tools and techniques
  • Preferably, A degree in business information systems, computer science, economics, information management, mathematics, statistics, engineering or related technical field.
  • Preferably, Active membership of a professional association and hold relevant certifications.
