Overview:
Working as an important member of the document management & QA team in the preparation, implementation, and maintenance of the Project Quality Document System.
Key skills / attributes:
Previous experience of working within a document management team within a highly regulated industry sector.
- Ability to manage document control processes for the project team as required.
- Ensure accuracy and tracking of documents to set timelines and processes.
- Provide support and advise on best practices and any areas for improvement.
- Proficient in IT and document management systems.
- Capability of performing a variety of administrative duties, typing, data collation, postal duties, filing & tracking records, generation of reports, inventory / stock counts, logging shipping orders.
- Providing full technical document administration duties to the team.
Personal Competencies:
Positive approach combined with excellent organisation and communication skills are key to this role. Highly committed due to longevity of work.
Desired:
BPSS and/or SC Cleared or willingness to undertake clearance.
