HR Advisor

Stokesley

Full Time- 37.5 hours

Salary Negotiable; please advise of your desired rate

Your responsibilities

As a HR Advisor you will provide comprehensive HR support in relation to the full employment cycle, with sound knowledge and proven application of employment law you will assist the Company in delivering a wide range of HR activities and employment terms. You will also provide dedicated Business Management and secretarial support for the General Manager. Together with being the UK’s contact for visa and immigration for large UK Offshore Projects.

 

Job requirements

The HR Advisor will be pro-active, who can manage challenging activities and new projects to a precise and accurate standard. A creative thinker with strong communication skills to effectively work with a variety of stakeholders, together with:

 

Essential

·  Extensive HR experience in relation to the full employment cycle, supporting a Company in delivering of HR activities and employment law, in areas such as: Recruitment and Selection, Absence Management, Discipline and Grievance, Learning and Development - Succession Planning and Talent Management, Equality and Inclusion, Health and Wellbeing, Leaving Employment

·  Extensive experience in managing HRMIS (ideally Oracle) and producing and interpreting HR Reports

·  Active in continuous learning in relation to employment law, HR best practice and own personal development.

 

Desirable

·  Visa and Immigration experience (Training will be provided).
