The role:
- Leading and motivating a team of Waste Cleaning Operatives according to the company’s terms and conditions in line with policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Monitoring performance and organising duties of the Cleaning Team by carrying out regular checks of all areas of the plant to ensure that cleaning duties have been carried out to a high standard.
- Ability to competently utilise mechanical hand tools
- A proactive approach to spotting potential mechanical issues and the ability to provide a timely solution.
- The knowledge and skills to change bearings, motors and fabrications
