To provide support to commercial team and contract manager with the following:
- Timesheet and payroll administration
- Contribution to monthly application
- Support to employer audit
- Analysis of data and production of reports
- Resolution of inconsistencies /errors
- Deal with staff queries, changes, new starters and leavers
- Dealing with confidential information in compliance with GDPR rules
- Other commercial activities as determined from time to time by Senior Discipline QS.
- Experience of payroll processing
- Experience of Replicon or similar timesheet system
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Good IT skills including Excel
- Team player
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines
