Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee Retail refurb projects from design through to completion / handover in line with current project processes
- Carry out Project Management duties related to each project
- Liaise and work with Architectural Technical staff to deliver design work
- Participate in design meetings (mainly online) as required
- Carry out regular site visits / meetings in line with project requirements
- Communicate with contractors to resolve queries and implement design
- Assist in reviewing of consultants’ and contractors’ design proposals relevant to role
- Mentoring junior staff, providing advice and guidance to share technical expertise as appropriate
- Experience on running projects (retail sector experience preferred)
- Extensive experience in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Revit experience on live projects desirable
- Willingness to travel to carry out role
- Good Project Management and communication skills
- Good understanding of Building Regulations / standards essential
