An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Support Officer / Data Administrator to join a leading organisation within the energy sector. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting large-scale projects that are driving innovation and change across the industry.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll provide administrative and data management support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of project operations. Typical duties will include:
  • Maintaining and updating project registers, trackers, and documentation.
  • Entering, verifying, and managing data across various project systems.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Monitoring project inboxes and responding to or escalating queries appropriately.
  • Managing document control processes, including filing and archiving.
  • Gathering and consolidating information from internal teams.
  • Supporting compliance with project governance and administrative standards.
 
Skills and Experience Required
  • Previous experience in an administrative or data support position.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • High attention to detail with a methodical approach to data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Confident communicator with a professional approach.
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team.
