About the role:
- Ensures the monitoring and recording of the execution of work relating to its field of activity in accordance with the applicable codes, procedures and Drawings.
- Check the on-site - workshop application of quality procedures, particularly in the civil engineering activity.
- Participate in the development of Inspection & Test Plans ITP’s
- Ensure compliance with ITPs related to its activity
- Ensure the quality of work execution during all the construction phase
- Perform the final quality inspections, issue the necessary Punch list.
- issue the necessary inspection reports when Contractor responsibility or in addition to the inspection carried out by the subcontractors.
- Validates inspection reports relating to his field ,when under contract/Subcontractor.
- Ensures that reports are issued on time
- Performs material receptions of incorporable and ensures that the storage meets the requirements of the project and vendor
- Records on the SharePoint all the reports required for monitoring
- Checks and ensures that the corrections indicated in the NCRs are followed up and closed on the scheduled date, in his field of activity
- Assists in the review of subcontractor procedures
- Check the compilation of the construction documentation (compilation of the records, markup drawings.
- Inform the Purchaser/Client of upcoming inspections
- inform his superiors on a daily basis of the activities carried out and any discrepancies observed.
