NRL’s client has a Quantity Surveyor contract role for 6 months based in Farnborough working on an exciting project. Expereince working with main contractors & site operations.
This role is inside IR35 with CIS an option.
About the role:
Ideally working knowledge of using CEMAR software.
NEC contract knowledge (NEC4).
Ideally experience of working on highways projects or similar infrastructure. Overseeing sub-contractor commercial teams, reviewing applications etc.
Experience working for principal contractor would be preferred.
Proactive nature, as joining a lively QS team.
Senior QS would be responsible to assist in mentoring members of team.
