NRL are currently recruiting for a part time Receptionist, with occasional over time during busy periods, on behalf of our client, a leading global supplier of industrial gases, based in Crewe.

 

Role Responsibilities:
  • Work with the on-site team to provide a seamless and harmonious service to the 300 customers.
  • Ensure the on-site tenant relationship and reception requirements is maintained and supported.
  • Answer calls and support callers in obtaining the correct location for their enquiry.
  • Meet and greet employees, visitors, contractors and take deliveries etc., including use of the tannoy system.
  • Ensure safety and evacuation procedures are detailed to all new starters including procedures, Fire Marshals, First aiders etc. as part of the welcome pack.
  • Support the FA to complete daily inspections of the facility to identify and respond to any issues with the functionality of the building.
  • Take ownership of the postal duties, outgoing courier services and post including franking and delivery notes.
  • Take ownership of the photocopiers on-site, including loading of paper, checking consumable goods and instigating services/repairs as required.
  • Complete deliveries of other consumables around the building as required.
  • Monitor the Reception (non-personal) Outlook mailbox and action as required.
  • Take ownership of the meeting room booking system including support for lunch orders etc.
  • Review and allow access to staff, visitors, deliveries etc. through the new car park barrier system.
  • Support the OFM/FA in ordering of various consumables for the facility.
  • Support the OFM/FA in managing of on-site minor repairs including communication with approved vendors and on-site staff.
  • Any other duties required to assist in the running of the Facilities team.
 

Role Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Able to work under own initiative and take ownership of the facility where required.
  • Be able to demonstrate ability to work as a team player and under own initiative as required.
  • Be able to demonstrate similar suitable experience.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s or other suitable qualification.
