NRL are currently recruiting for a Regional Manager (Facilities Management) to work with a leading energy services client of ours. This will be a full time, permanent position, based in Uxbridge.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that direct reports are delivering as required
  • Ensure correct level of Technical Appointments are in place to delivery services across the region
  • Responsible for all PPM programmes to deliver full scope of services within SLA
  • Responsible for Additional Works WIP for the sites they are responsible for
  • Responsible for Additional Works to be completed on time and on budget
  • Responsible for all corrective and reactive works to be correctly recorded within the company’s asset management system
  • Responsible to ensure that teams operate in a time/cost effective manner
  • Act as escalation for all emergencies
  • Ensure that tasks are carried out in a safe manner via completing site audits/visits
  • Ensuring that disruption to the client’s premises is kept to a minimum during activities within Scope
  • Maintaining good strong relationships with the customer and all internal stakeholders
  • Ensure that quality is monitored via completing site audits/visits
  • Complete and provide accurate monthly reporting to senior management/client
  • Complete and provide accurate daily reporting to senior management/client
  • Attend Client meetings as required
  • Monitoring and control costs associated with all tasks
  • Escalates any major issues appropriately
  • Manage the recruitment, retention, motivation and development of the team
  • Manages performance of team against clear objectives and expectations
  • Ensure all training requirements of the team are met and recorded
  • Contributes to budget planning and reviews financial performance against budget
  • Other management and operational duties that may be required from time to time
  • Provide cover and resilience for services on site
 

Role Requirements:
  • GCSE’s or equivalent – Grade C in English and Maths
  • NEBOSH/IOSH – desirable
  • Higher National Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent experience
  • Scaffold Inspection
  • First Aid at Work
  • Gas Safety Awareness
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Safe Working at Height
  • City and Guilds Trade qualification if applicable (Desirable)
  • Electrical - 17th edition electrical regulation
  • L8 Awareness
  • F-Gas Awareness
  • Proven experience as a manager in a professional Facilities Management environment - essential
  • Sound understanding of the FM industry
  • Experience in using CAFM applications
  • Previous experience in Finance Processes including PO Management
  • Previous role in high end customer services
  • Working in a fast pace, high profile, critical environment
  • Communicate at all levels with specialists and non-specialists
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good planning and organisation skills and the ability to prioritise own workload efficiently
  • Organisation skills, take a proactive approach to work and demonstrate good time management, working to deadlines and adhering to set procedures
  • Strong delegation and support skills
  • Team player capable for leading and focusing team members to achieve their objectives.
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, CAFM Systems)
  • Good report writing skills
  • Hold a full UK Driving licence
  • Knowledge of key legislation relating to the delivery of FM services
