If you’re looking for an opportunity to personally develop whilst working within a fast-paced office supporting a busy team, then our Woking branch are recruiting.


This role will provide vital support to the recruitment and compliance teams supporting with all administrative tasks. Whilst previous recruitment experience may be beneficial, it’s not necessarily needed as the right candidate will be process driven with a strong attention to detail and record keeping.

What we’re looking for:

Although the day-to-day role will be varied, duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintaining candidate and client database records
  • Maintaining and tracking data spreadsheets
  • Meeting, greeting and looking after visitors
  • Formatting CVs to submit to our clients
  • Placing job adverts on various job boards and social media
  • Checking references for new starters
  • Providing support to candidates undergoing security clearance
  • Gathering information prior to workers starting and inputting this into the NRL CRM
  • Checking in with our engaged workforce to ensure they are happy and to support with any questions they may have
  • Resolving payroll related queries – such as expenses/timesheets irregularities
  • Updating and tracking our Agency Worker Regulations report (training provided)
  • Other ad-hoc administrative support as required
Skills you’ll require are:

  • Previous use of Office 365 (Word, Outlook & Excel as a minimum)
  • Ability to work under instruction but on own initiative when required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and cope with a changing workload
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
