Role Responsibilities:
- Manage vacancies throughout the entire recruiting process as required
- Use a variety of tools to source active and passive talent pipeline on a variety of roles across regions
- Be able to ‘sell’ our client as a compelling prospect to our candidates
- Actively establish Talent pools in key areas
- Produce market mapping information
- Complete candidate screening and initial interviews
- Attend and support interviews as required
- Vet candidates effectively against company culture and behaviours as well as match to JD
- Be able to flex between senior positions and hard to fill technical roles. Ability to adept communication style accordingly
- Complete comprehensive manager briefings at all levels
- Commit to producing quality shortlists which further the company’s diversity agenda
- Manage all candidates through the ATS
- Provide periods of holiday cover for Recruitment Business Partners across the region
- Actively explore and inform the business of relevant market trends
Role Requirements:
- Recruitment experience either from an inhouse or agency setting
- Good IT skills
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing channels, tools and strategies
- Excellent communication style
- Previous experience of using ATSs
- End to end recruiting experience with particular focus on sourcing
- French and English, with additional languages seen as a benefit
- Ability to work to timelines across multiple requisitions and projects
- Knowledge of Engineering recruitment, EOC, Oil and Gas, Chemical industries highly beneficial in order to gain credibility quickly
