Job Overview
The Strategic marketing department undertakes an employee survey across Europe for the benefit of the HR organization to subsequently review the results with the various business teams across Europe. We are looking for someone to execute this survey, analyze and present the results.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for running Employee Survey across 11+ countries in Europe and analysing the results
- Survey will be done via Survey Monkey
- Survey results are visualized using QlikSense model
- High level summary results shared via PowerPoint slides to upper management
- Further cuts of slide deck summaries produced for 4 sub-regions in Europe
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with using Survey Monkey
- Basic QlikSense programming experience
- PowerPoint
- Comfortable with data analysis and interpretation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong project management skills with attention to details
- Strong team player but able to work independently with a high level of initiative
