About the role:
- Provide materials and tools to tradesmen and help maintain clean and tidy work areas.
- Keep machinery, tools and equipment clean stored, lubricated and checked.
- Observe machinery and equipment operation and identify any faults or defects for reporting.
- Reading & Interpreting Engineering drawings
- Tack Welding fabricated parts in line with company spec
- Assisting with mechanical assembly
- Operating saw
- Operating Rota Broach Drill
- Grinding
- Carry out all tasks safely ensuring specified PPE is worn at all times.
- Maintain a safe, tidy and clean working environment at all times.
- Carry out any other duties as reasonably requested.
- Candidates must have previous experience in a fabrication environment
- Candidates must have experience using Grinders
