Project: Data Centre
Role Purpose Lead and deliver responsibilities for Senior Project Manager (Delivery Lead) in a multi-storey data centre construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the on-site delivery team and manage day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement project execution plans and delivery strategies
- Coordinate CSA, MEP, and specialist contractors to ensure seamless integration
- Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules; report to Project Director and client
- Drive health, safety, and environmental compliance across all site activities
- Resolve technical and logistical issues promptly to avoid delays
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary delivery point of contact
- Oversee commissioning and handover processes
- Relevant experience in data centre or mission-critical projects
- EU nationality (work permit compliance)
- Strong technical and leadership skills
