Client Services

We work as a strategic partner with you and your organisation. Our recruitment solutions address skills shortage, future proof your business and ensure you have the flexibility to deliver an extensive project portfolio.

Recruitment, the NRL way

For us, recruitment is about relationships. We know that by building long-lasting relationships with our clients, candidates, and contractors we can help everyone be successful.

We really get to know our clients. Understanding their strategy, organisational culture, and future growth plans. By working in partnership, we can then provide recruitment solutions to ensure they continue to meet the demands of their ever-evolving industries.

Undoubtedly, what makes this approach successful is our people. Our industry low staff turnover means that the people that rely on us, can also rely on speaking to the same person each time. Whether they’re trusting us to find them the right roles or working with us to recruit new talent into their organisation.

Compliance is at the core of everything we do

We know how crucial safety and security is. That’s why each of our branches has a team of compliance experts, working with our clients to ensure all necessary screening and checks are undertaken.

We’re members of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) to ensure our operations continue to meet industry best practice, and proud to be ISO 9001 quality management accredited. Just some of the commitments we make to ensure we continue to do the right thing.

Our specialist international team have comprehensive in-country expertise to extend our recruitment solutions across the globe. From Ireland, to Egypt – they work with international companies to identify the best local talent, together with the overseas contractor expertise to support global engineering projects.

Engineer communicating with colleagues

NRL’s NAECI payroll team managed weekly and monthly payrolls, which were regularly reviewed by the site Auditor with no issues. The NRL site team were always available to support on and off site when industrial relations issues occurred - and as a result achieved an exceptional level of performance in this area.

The best thing I can say about NRL is that they made every subcontractor they supported more productive working under the NAECI. Thank you to the team, we look forward to working with you on the next project.
