NRL are seeking an Office Administrator to join our Rail division, based in Falkirk. 

The role is a great opportunity for someone to start their career in rail. Having recently been awarded an 8-year contract, this will be a long term role with potential for progression.

Working with clients to undertake essential maintenance upgrades and repairs, with expertise including Asset Inspection, Ultrasonic Testing, Non-Destructive Engineering (MPI & DPI), and Grinding. As a RISQS audited supplier, they support Infrastructure programmes with a constant focus on safety – with an exemplary track record for compliance.

Reporting into the Rail Operations Manager, duties and responsibilities include; 

  • Meeting Minutes 

  • Payroll 

  • Application for Payment 

  • Raise Assignments 

  • Shift Count 

  • GS Holiday Requests 

  • Shift Plan 

  • Safe Work Packs 

  • General office duties 

 

Requirements: 

  • The ideal candidate will hold GCSE equivalent 4 or above in English and Maths 

  • Full UK driving licence
