Summary
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant  to support a busy project team based in Leatherhead. This role is ideal for someone highly organised and detail‑oriented, with a passion for coordinating tasks efficiently. Salary
£17–20 per hour PAYE + Holidays


Location and Working Pattern
Leatherhead – on-site position with standard working hours.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain project letters, numbering, issuing and filing
  • Organise SharePoint access and visitor passes for new starters and visitors
  • Arrange IT access for new team members
  • Coordinate office moves and relocations
  • Organise meetings, including catering arrangements
  • Liaise with IT to resolve conference room issues and manage general IT needs for the project team
  • Book business travel, including flights, hotels and airport transfers
  • Maintain project administration lists and registers on SharePoint
  • Plan and manage project events such as celebrations and VIP visits
  • Oversee office supplies, including printer needs
  • Cross-check and verify expenses


Must-have Requirements
  • Proven experience in administrative roles supporting projects
  • Strong IT skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePoint
  • Knowledge and practical use of DocuSign
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and to deadlines


Nice-to-have Skills
  • Previous experience working within project-based environments
  • Familiarity with coordinating large team or corporate events
