SummaryWe’re looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a project team in Leatherhead supporting the Oman LNG Project. This role would suit someone highly organised with strong IT and coordination skills. In return, you’ll gain experience within a professional project environment for a leading organisation.
Salary
£18–20 per hour PAYE, plus holiday pay.
Location and Working Pattern
Leatherhead – 4 days on-site and 1 day remote each week. Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities- Manage and maintain project documentation, numbering, issuing, and filing.
- Organise SharePoint access and visitor passes for new starters and visitors.
- Arrange IT system access for new team members.
- Coordinate office moves and desk relocations.
- Schedule and manage meetings, including catering arrangements.
- Liaise with IT to resolve conference room issues and support general IT needs.
- Book business travel, including flights, hotels, and airport transfers.
- Maintain administrative lists and registers on SharePoint.
- Plan and manage project events, celebrations, and VIP visits.
- Oversee office supplies and printer requirements.
- Verify and cross-check team expenses.
Must-have Requirements- Previous experience in administrative roles supporting projects.
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Practical knowledge of DocuSign.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately to deadlines.
Nice-to-have Skills- Experience working in a project-focused environment.
- Familiarity with planning large team or corporate events.
