We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Business Support Coordinator to join our operations team at our Linx business in Wigan. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering operational excellence, supporting clients and recruitment agencies, and ensuring that daily processes run seamlessly. Location and Working Pattern
Based in Wigan, this role offers a hybrid working pattern, combining time in the office with flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily recruitment activity and supplier communications
• Manage shared inboxes, Teams messages and candidate documentation
• Support reporting, payroll, and HR processes
• Act as a key contact for hiring managers and agencies
• Ensure compliance with recruitment workflows and IR35 assessments
• Assist with ad-hoc operational projects and process improvements

Must‑have Requirements

• Strong communication and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and Teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proven experience in a collaborative, process-driven environment

Nice‑to‑have Skills

• Previous experience within recruitment or vendor management systems
