Class 2 HGV Driver (ADR Cat 2)

Location: Long Bennington
Contract: 3‑month assignment (26 October 2026 – 25 January 2027)

This temporary driver opportunity is ideal for an experienced HGV professional holding an ADR Cat 2 licence, looking for a steady Monday‑to‑Friday role with no nights or weekends. You’ll be delivering gas products safely and reliably to multiple drop‑off locations within the leisure sector, supported by clear training and full safety guidance.

Location and Working Pattern

• Based in Long Bennington
• Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week
• No overnights, no weekends, no shifts

Responsibilities

• Complete multi‑drop deliveries to customer sites
• Safely handle and transport products in line with ADR Cat 2 requirements
• Follow all policies, safety procedures and delivery documentation processes
• Carry out vehicle checks and maintain accurate records
• Engage in manual handling tasks safely
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries

Must‑have Requirements

• Valid Class 2 HGV licence
• ADR Cat 2 qualification
• Driver CPC certification
• Proven multi‑drop delivery experience
• Confidence with manual handling
• Good understanding of transport safety and compliance

Training and Support

• One week of training on company policies and procedures
• Followed by at least one week of buddy‑up training with an experienced driver
