North Wales – site-based role with potential for extended hours during key commissioning phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules for process systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure readiness for commissioning.
• Oversee system pre-commissioning and commissioning checks, including mechanical completion verification.
• Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of process systems to meet operational targets.
• Ensure all commissioning activities comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit documentation, including punch lists and handover records.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and resolve technical issues promptly.

Must-have Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in process commissioning within EPC or large-scale industrial projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of commissioning procedures and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Familiarity with commissioning software and digital tools.
• Knowledge of current industry regulations and best practices.
• Experience across petrochemical, energy, or industrial sectors.
