Our client is playing a key role in delivering one of the most significant infrastructure projects in the UK, focused on delivering safe, sustainable energy for the future.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all environmental, health and safety (EHS) activities within the turbine hall.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and site procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to site teams on health and safety standards.
  • Report and manage incidents, implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture across site operations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and deliver updates to management teams.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and company safety requirements at all times.
Must-have Requirements
  • Proven experience in health and safety roles on large infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of current EHS regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage teams and contractors.
Nice-to-have Skills
  • Recognised EHS qualification such as NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working within the energy, nuclear, or power generation sector.
