Kingston upon Thames – Full time, on-site
Client Overview Our client is a well-established organisation requiring skilled administrative support within their HR and General Services team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR processes and ensuring smooth operations across functions.
Responsibilities- Prepare Contracts of Employment for new employees and Exhibit A for agency workers.
- Coordinate all new starter arrangements, including paperwork, file preparation, room bookings, and communication with relevant departments.
- Arrange pre-employment medical checks and reference verifications.
- Conduct maternity risk assessments and liaise with HR Advisors and HSE teams for follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate and timely filing of electronic and paper records.
- Process staff and agency terminations, update records, and ensure return of company property and settlement of outstanding payments.
- Prepare contract amendments and maintain updated employee records.
Must-have Requirements- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar sensitive administrative role.
- Strong ability to prioritise work, manage multiple sources, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Previous experience working within a Human Resources Department.
- Studying towards a CIPD qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to an intermediate level.
- Previous Aramco experience is essential.
Nice-to-have Skills- Ability to adapt quickly to change and maintain efficiency in challenging situations.
