HR Assistant – 6-Month Contract
Summary Join a leading manufacturing company as an HR Assisistant on a 6-month contract, based in Glasgow City Centre with hybrid working option. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on HR Admin/Shared Service experience, strong system knowledge and the capability to support both transactional processes and wider HR activities with administyrative support.

Location and Working Pattern

Glasgow City Centre – hybrid working (onsite presence required on agreed days).

Client Overview Our client is a global market leader within the FMCG sector, dedicated to crafting prestigious brands and fostering a collaborative culture across its international operations.


Responsibilities
  • Work with platforms including Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support across a range of transactional activities.
  • Assist in payroll processes and ensure accurate data flow between systems.
  • Support with right to work checks & refererencing
  • Assist with ticketing queries & process mapping
  • Monitor and manage absence, sickness, and time and attendance systems.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and support with HR administration processes as needed.
Ideal experience:
  • Background in HR helpdesk or shared service support, including transactional HR processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors/Oracel would be ideal.
  • Knowledge of core HR processes such as onboarding, absence management, and redundancy.
