HSE Advisor Summary We’re seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support a short-term project in Grangemouth. This position is ideal for individuals with solid Oil & Gas expertise and a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance. The role offers a chance to work within a safety‑critical environment and contribute your specialist knowledge.
Location and Working Pattern

• Location: Grangemouth
• Contract: 4 months
• Engagement: Umbrella basis

Responsibilities

• Provide health, safety and environmental guidance across project activities.
• Monitor compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Carry out workplace inspections and audits.
• Support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Deliver safety briefings and toolbox talks where required.

Must‑have Requirements

• Current NEBOSH qualification.
• Proven Oil & Gas industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Nice‑to‑have Skills

• Experience managing HSE for shutdown or maintenance projects.
• Familiarity with Grangemouth site safety procedures.
