Instrumentation & Control Construction Supervisor 

Key details:

• Full time, site based role 
• PAYE Salary
• Approximate 5 year contract (Dependant on project completion) 

NRL are seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Construction Supervisor to support delivery of the a Nuclear New Build in Bridgwater.

You will be responsible for the execution of electrical and I&C erection works, managing subcontractors on site and ensuring safe, high-quality delivery through to turnover and handover to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical and I&C installation and erection works
• Manage subcontractors and site resources
• Coordinate with engineering and site management
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC and EHS requirements
• Maintain construction, quality and as-built records
• Manage turnover packages and support commissioning
• Drive programme, cost control and safe delivery

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Experience delivering power plant construction projects
• Strong background in site-based construction supervision
• Proven subcontractor management experience
• Good knowledge of electrical, instrumentation and control systems
• Fluent English

Desirable:

• Nuclear or major infrastructure project experience
• Experience working in multicultural teams
