Responsibilities

• Supervise all material handling operations to ensure project requirements are met efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate the timely movement of materials.
• Lead and support team members to achieve performance targets.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure material availability.
• Oversee storage and distribution of items in line with project schedules.
• Prepare accurate documentation for audits and compliance requirements.

Must-have Requirements

• Proven experience as a Material Handling Supervisor or in a similar logistics leadership role.
• Strong understanding of material handling, warehousing, and inventory control practices.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations related to material operations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience with ERP systems or material management software.
• Previous work on major infrastructure or regulated project sites.
