Mechanical Supervisor

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a long-term healthcare project at Dorchester Hospital. This role is offered on a CIS basis with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on site
• Manage mechanical operatives and subcontractors
• Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to specification
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control
• Liaise with site management, project teams, and other trades
• Carry out toolbox talks, site inspections, and progress reporting

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Mechanical Supervisor
• Strong background in mechanical building services
• Prior experience on commercial or healthcare projects preferred
• SMSTS or SSSTS 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
