Summary We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to provide essential administrative and coordination support to a major energy sector project team in Leatherhead. This 6‑month contract role is ideal for someone proactive and highly organised, looking to contribute to a busy office environment where attention to detail is key.
Salary £18 per hour PAYE
Location and Working Pattern
Leatherhead, on‑site 5 days per week (40 hours per week)

Client Overview Our client is a leading organisation within the oil and gas industry, delivering large‑scale international projects with a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain catering and coffee orders
- Organise meeting rooms, conference facilities, and arrange catering for meetings
- Coordinate seating allocations, furniture requirements, and new starter arrangements
- Prepare, number, issue and file project letters and documentation
- Administer SharePoint access and manage project lists and registers (vacation, IT equipment, catering, travel logs)
- Liaise with IT for conference room set‑up, equipment issues, and general support for the project team
- Maintain office facilities including photocopiers and printers through IT liaison
- Arrange taxis, travel, and logistical support for visitors and business trips
- Prepare TV monitor for daily toolbox talks and distribute related materials
- Support relocation activities for client personnel and families, including accommodation, schooling, and local arrangements
- Assist with document management activities as required
Must‑have Requirements- Proven experience in office administration or similar coordination roles
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong problem‑solving skills and self‑starter mindset
Nice‑to‑have Skills- Experience using DocuSign
- Prior experience in oil and gas or engineering project environments
