Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage technical aspects of civil engineering packages on site
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and design details to facilitate works
• Coordinate site activities with the construction team and subcontractors
• Conduct quality checks and ensure works meet technical and safety standards
• Monitor progress against programme and report on key milestones
• Support issue resolution and provide technical guidance where needed
• Maintain accurate documentation, including site records and inspection reports

 

Must-have Requirements

• Previous experience in a Project Engineer or Site Engineer role within civil engineering
• Strong understanding of groundworks, structures, and associated civil works
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
• Good working knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
• Strong organisational and communication skills for liaison with site teams and stakeholders
