Project Manager – Commissioning (Data Centre) Location: Izmir, Türkiye
Contract: 3‑month initial contract (immediate start)

Overview We are partnering with our client, to recruit a Project Manager to oversee a rapid mobilisation and delivery of a commissioning programme on a major data centre project in Izmir. This role is ideal for a project leader experienced in coordinating multi‑discipline teams in high‑availability environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall commissioning programme, ensuring alignment with project timelines, quality expectations, and client requirements.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, and controls commissioning teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Own progress reporting, risk management, action tracking, and stakeholder communication on behalf of our client.
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and safety protocols are adhered to throughout the commissioning lifecycle.
• Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and the end client to ensure seamless execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project challenges to maintain schedule integrity.

Skills & Experience Required

• Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager on data centre commissioning or other mission‑critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and integrated systems testing.
• Ability to lead, communicate, and influence at multiple stakeholder levels.
• Highly organised with strong documentation, planning, and reporting skills.
• Fluent English required; Turkish language desirable.
• Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Türkiye.
