Recruitment Resourcer – Heysham

Location and Working Pattern

Heysham – full time, office-based, with flexibility available.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates for a range of client vacancies
• Call through shortlists and manage applications
• Support candidate recruitment, selection and onboarding
• Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews
• Screen applicants and maintain accurate candidate records
• Use online job boards and social media platforms such as LinkedIn to attract talent
• Liaise with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience
• Attend client and site visits alongside colleagues

 

Must‑have Requirements

• Professional and positive attitude
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Tenacity and motivation to succeed
• Comfortable working with performance metrics (KPIs)
• Experience in a telephony-based or customer service role
• Effective use of IT systems and communication tools
