This role is ideal for someone with proven commercial management experience gained on large-scale technical or industrial projects, looking to play a key part in delivering successful outcomes within a fast-growing sector.

Responsibilities- Oversee all commercial and contractual activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports to ensure financial control.
- Lead procurement, including subcontractor selection, tendering, and contract administration.
- Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations, and final settlements.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks while maximising value opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with project and site teams on financial and contractual matters.
- Ensure that all commercial records and documentation are current and accurate.
- Attend review meetings and present commercial data to senior stakeholders.
- Support the wider project team with commercial guidance and reporting.
Must-have Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction.
- Strong commercial experience on large-scale MEP or construction projects.
- Skilled in cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and organisational abilities.
- Familiarity with standard construction contracts and financial reporting processes.
Nice-to-have Skills- Experience working on industrial projects.
