NRL are working on behalf of our client to hire a Site Manager to drive safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery across major construction works.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations and keep projects on programme
• Champion safety and ensure Zero Harm standards
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors and resources
• Manage site records, reporting and compliance
• Maintain quality, solve problems fast and keep productivity high
• Support commercial processes and manage change on site

What You Bring

• Strong site management experience
• Expert in safe systems of work and risk management
• Great communicator who can lead, motivate and influence
• Contract knowledge and confident in technical delivery
• Calm under pressure with a solutions‑first mindset
• CSCS/SSSTS (or equivalent) and a driving licence preferred
