Stores Person

Location: Prudhoe
Contract Length: 6 Months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and reliable Stores Person to join our clients team on a 6‑month contract within a busy manufacturing facility.

This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations by managing stock, supporting production teams, and maintaining an organised and efficient stores environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries
• Issue materials, components, and parts to production as required
• Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory systems
• Carry out regular stock checks and audits
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and movement of goods
• Keep the stores area clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards
• Liaise with procurement, production, and logistics teams to support operational needs
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments where required

About You

• Has previous experience in a stores/warehouse role (manufacturing experience beneficial)
• Is confident using SAP
• Can work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Has good organisational skills and attention to detail
