Temporary Administrator – Heysham (NRL Ltd)
We are seeking a highly organised Temporary Administrator to support our Heysham office in preparation for the upcoming Heysham 2 outage. This role is available for an immediate start and will run for a fixed-term period of 4 months.
This role is heavily focused on the coordination and processing of CTC security vetting and will involve managing a high-volume workload within strict timeframes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and processed efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, processing, and tracking CTC security vetting applications
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with required standards
• Liaising with candidates and site access teams to obtain required information
• Proactively following up on outstanding information via phone and email
• Maintaining organised, up-to-date records
• Managing multiple vetting packs simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous administrative experience within an office environment
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to prioritise and manage a high-volume workload
• Strong organisational and communication skills

Desirable:

• Previous experience in security vetting (CTC or similar)
• Understanding of GDPR and handling sensitive information

This is a temporary position supporting a critical project and requires someone who can hit the ground running. It would suit a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided throughout the placement.
