In November 2021 we launched a new partnership with Trustpilot, allowing us to gain independent feedback from the candidates we support.
We wanted to ensure our candidates felt they could be open and honest, and with companies unable to edit reviews once posted, were knew that Trustpilot would allow them to do just that.
One year on, our teams love seeing the reviews coming in as we invite candidates we’ve placed in roles to share their experience each month. It’s great to see the personal impact our regional recruitment teams have had when securing the right roles for people, and it’s rewarding to see how much the care and attention they give is appreciated.
