NRL are looking to speak with Architectural REVIT Designers interested in working in the nuclear industry. We are looking on a contract basis (inside IR35) in Warrington on a large project for Sellafield Limited.

The Role:
  • To work within an integrated team of Civil and Structural Engineers and Architects
  • Produce fully detailed building models, architectural components and assemblies using REVIT 
  • Must working closely with and take direction from the Lead Architects to ensure key deliverables and submission dates are meet
  • Liaising with all relevant members of the project design team 
  • Assist in the coordination, control & distribution of drawings, documents and other project specific data 
  • Provide support to and assist in the development of quality procedures 
  • Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 in the design process.
  • Complies with legislative, regulatory and company policy standards and procedures e.g. safety, quality, risk, security etc. applicable to the role.
  • Identify any changes to design for coordination with the wider Design Team 
  • May contribute to the formulation of quantity tracking and estimating information and data
You will need:
  • Minimum 5 years relevant Architectural design experience at RIBA stages 3-5 or CIAT registered with min. HNC Building Construction
  • Have good technical knowledge of internal building fit-out design and detailing
  • Have thorough working knowledge in the use of REVIT and BIM
  • Experience working on large scale industrial and commercial projects
  • Have strong knowledge of Building Regulations and compliance requirements
