The Role:
- To work within an integrated team of Civil and Structural Engineers and Architects
- Produce fully detailed building models, architectural components and assemblies using REVIT
- Must working closely with and take direction from the Lead Architects to ensure key deliverables and submission dates are meet
- Liaising with all relevant members of the project design team
- Assist in the coordination, control & distribution of drawings, documents and other project specific data
- Provide support to and assist in the development of quality procedures
- Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 in the design process.
- Complies with legislative, regulatory and company policy standards and procedures e.g. safety, quality, risk, security etc. applicable to the role.
- Identify any changes to design for coordination with the wider Design Team
- May contribute to the formulation of quantity tracking and estimating information and data
- Minimum 5 years relevant Architectural design experience at RIBA stages 3-5 or CIAT registered with min. HNC Building Construction
- Have good technical knowledge of internal building fit-out design and detailing
- Have thorough working knowledge in the use of REVIT and BIM
- Experience working on large scale industrial and commercial projects
- Have strong knowledge of Building Regulations and compliance requirements
