Responsibilities:
- Overall lead of all site commercial activities and overview of all commercial site issues
- Supporting the Project Director and Contract Manager Execution in client related commercial issues and alerting them in relation to site issues that might have an impact on the contract
- Responsible for the claim management for site works, establishing necessary documentation, assessing risk
- Participate in regular and necessary commercial meetings with contractors and suppliers
- Coordinating activity within the team, and with other site personnel and subcontractors.
- Strong experience in construction of industrial plant project delivery
- Proficient with standard form and bespoke contracts (NEC / FIDIC)
- Familiar with applicable HSEQ legal requirements
