Job - Heavy Lift & Crane Coordinator Supervisor

Location - Northwich

Duration - 18 month project (on a 6 month rolling contract)

Pay Type - PAYE/UMB/CIS

NRL are currently seeking a Heavy Lift and Crane Coordinator Supervisor who will be responsible for the day-to-day functions as the appointed person to review, approve, and coordinate all crane rigging and lifting operations at site. You will also provide subcontractor supervisors with information and technical direction required to complete the project safety, timely and in a quality manner. Our client or currently constructing a new Energy from Waste plant in the Northwich area and we are looking for a dedicated indivudual to assist their site operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience of planning and controlling lifting operations required in:

    • Tower Crane

    • Mobile and Crawler Cranes

    • MEWPS

    • Lifting with excavators - 180 and 360

    • Lorry loaders

    • Compact cranes

    • Telehandlers - on folks and suspended loads

    • Manual Mechanical lifting i.e. chain-blocks, overhead gantries, hoists, etc.

    • Slinging and Rigging activities

    • Daily coordination of the all lifts onsite

    • Manage/coordinate lifts for both free issue tower cranes and the free issue mobile cranes

    • Act as the appointed person for all lifting operations onsite by reviewing and approving all lifts

  • CPCS A 61 - Crane Appointed Person (Lifting Operations)

  • CPCS A 62 - Crane Supervisor

  • CPCS A 40 - Slinger Banksman

  • CCNSG OR CSCS OR SSSTS (site safety qualifications)


Rate is negotiable based on experience

Hours - 50 per week

Mon - Fri with occasional overtime and weekend work
