Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter with CTC clearance who specializes in steam or gas turbines. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of these complex systems, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
Conducting installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical components and systems.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Performing routine inspections to identify and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborating with team members to ensure project objectives are met within deadlines.
Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Providing technical support and expertise to colleagues and clients as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter
CTC clearance is essential.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Rates (PAYE Only):
Basic days - £23.53
OT1 - £32.26
OT2 - £41.48
You will also be entitled to an enhanced lodge allowance, per diem, and standard hourly bonuses.
