This role will give you the opportunity to be part of the energy transition within Equinor as well as shaping and developing the team in the Operations and Maintenance department within Renewables.

You will have an active role in growing Equinor’s portfolio giving you a vast opportunity to learn and progress your own career. The O&M OPEX Analyst - Offshore Wind will get the chance to travel between sites and internationally while collaborating with different teams and business areas who all have the same goal. 


Duties will include:  

  • Collate, analyse the O&M assumptions and update the OPEX model through all the project decision gates including bidding and FID.

  • Own the O&M assumptions and the OPEX model and ensure continuous implementation of updates from the market, projects and operations to enable best in class modelling.

  • Suggest optimal operational set up and maintenance strategies through assessment of logistics, manning plan, operational base, turbine types, reliability information and recommended operational practices.

  • Generate portfolio overview of O&M performance and OPEX profiles and create benchmarks across other projects and operational wind farms to suggest areas of improvement.

  • Provide modelling and assessment of operational availability and offer estimations and recommendations for cost-performance optimisation.

  • Drive project portfolio optimisation by offering cost assessment and optimal timing on maintenance campaigns and major component exchanges.

  • Collaborate with internal and external peers to capture the latest learnings and ensure the continuous improvement and update of the databases and the modelling tools

  • Support the O&;M offshore wind project development by providing the O&;M analysis and OPEX estimates for the whole wind farm including WTG and BoP..
