This role will give you the opportunity to be part of the energy transition within Equinor as well as shaping and developing the team in the Operations and Maintenance department within Renewables.
You will have an active role in growing Equinor’s portfolio giving you a vast opportunity to learn and progress your own career.
The O&M Package Manager will get the chance to travel between sites and internationally while collaborating with different teams and business areas who all have the same goal.
Duties will include:
Lead the O&M scope in offshore wind projects including early phase design, successful investment decision and handover to operations.
Develop the O&M strategies and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure highly competitive O&M concepts at an optimised cost level.
Provide OPEX estimations and O&M set up - including vessel and O&M base optimisation to the project.
Enable operational requirement implementation and consistent decision making during all phases of the project.
Support financial decisions, partnership development, negotiate the O&M contracts and ensure operational readiness to projects.
Coordinate the operational set up during project handover, ensure seamless ramp-up of activities, capture continuously all learnings and implement them on a portfolio level.
Incorporate new products and features to improve operational capabilities and suggest new developments in a fast-developing organisation.
Foster a good, professional, and cooperative working environment across subprojects, site locations and cultural differences.
